The Crow and the Sparrow story

 

Long Long ago during this time there was 

a very big forest, with huge trees the trees were so huge that we could carve a cave and leave in it . In this forest, there lived two families of birds one was crow's family and the other was sparrow's family . Both crow and sparrow built their houses on the very top of these huge trees .

Crow was a lazy bird its house was built 

out of straws mud and crow dung it used to be very dirty and had a bad smell . The crow was never cleaning her house . The sparrow was very hard working . Its house was built with barks of trees and was very big  with many rooms in it . It was so clean and nicely decorated with wool to keep our family protected in the winter .

One day there was a heavy rain with 

lightning and thunder . The crow's house was washed away in rain but the sparrow's house was standing stall and strong. The crow and her family were very sad and disappointed .

They did not have any food to eat and 

did not have a place to live . So the crow's husband tells her why don't you go to your friend's sparrow and ask her for help i'm sure she will help us . So the crow goes to the sparrow's house and knocks the door . The sparrow opens the door and sees that it is her friend crow who was at the door .

She feels very sad and sorry to see the 

crow and her children drenched in rain and shivering in cold . The sparrow immediately invites the crow's family in her house and offers them dry clothes . She also gives them hot soup and food . The crow's family was relieved and happy .

They ate the foot and slept together in 

the sparrow's house . The next day the crow again came to the sparrow's house and told the sparrow could you please help me and my family . we still don't have a house to stay . I need some shelter .

while, I build my house can I. And my 

family stay in your house for a few days . The sparrow again was very sad about the situation and agreed to let crow's family stay in our house . The crow said to the sparrow can we please sleep in your store room .

As we would feel like it is our home 

children do you know what a store room . Store room is also called as attic this is the room in our house . where we keep unused items . sometimes , we also store our food in the store room .

The sparrow agreed one night the sparrow 

hears a loud sound from the storeroom . The sparrow knocks the door and asked the crew dear friend is everything ok there . I heard some loud noise and got woken up from my sleep the crow said oh it's nothing .

I was just eating some peanuts . I found 

at my work please go back to sleep the sparrow . Trusted the crow and goes back to sleep she kept hearing these sounds every night from the storeroom. when she asked the crew . The crow just kept saying that she was eating nuts seeds etc every night after a few days the sparrow started getting a very bad smell from the storeroom .

She decided to check it herself . S

he waited until the crow and her family had left her house . The sparrow goes to the store room and sees that it is full of mess . The food she had stored was all gone and there was bird droppings everywhere . she understands that the crow and her family had been eating the food grains . she had stored for winter children the winter is very cold and gets dark early in the evening .

So the birds animals and insects cannot 

go out for long and collect their food that is why they usually collect their food in summer and store them for winter . The sparrow then asks her husband to go and check . if the crow's house was built and how many more days would it take to be finished . when the sparrow's husband checks the crow had not even started building its house . Also she was not only eating away the sparrow's foot grains but also stealing it away on hearing this the sparrow got very angry and upset .

she decided to teach a lesson to the 

crow and the family that night the sparrow closed the doors of her house early even before the crow came . when the crow came with her family . she did not open the door and made her wait for a very long time. The crow knocked the door for the first time . The sparrow did not respond the sparrow . Said after some time please wait . I am cooking the food .

The crow was very happy and started 

getting hungry . The crow again knocked the door after a while this time the sparrow said please wait . I am serving the foot for my husband . The crow was even more hungry this time . The crow again knocked the door after some time .

The sparrow said please wait i'm feeding 

my children the crow was very very hungry by this time and became very impatient meanwhile the sparrow heated a few pans and boiled the water after a long time . she opened the door and invited the crow's family for dinner since the crow's family was very hungry . They did not notice that the pans on which they were asked to sit was very hot. The sparrow tells the crow and the family to sit on them to get warm as soon as they sit on the hot pants the crow's feathers and wings started burning and turned black .

The sparrow said can I please feed you . T

he hot soup myself today . The crow was pleased and agrees and opens her mouth . The sparrow pours the boiling water in her mouth . The crow jumps with pain as her mouth and body inside was burning the crow and her family finally realized their mistake and flew away from the sparrow's house . so what did we learn today we learned that we should never cheat our friends and take things for granted .

we also learn that we should never steal 

from others and if we do all these things bad will happen to us and we will lose our best friend forever .
